The Intrusive Mother

A disabled man's mother tells his personal assistant that he is in charge, not her son.
Sometimes family members think they know best...
The son complains to his mother, saying that he is a grown man, in charge of his own independent life.
You need to make sure they know you are in charge...
After his mother has left, the disabled man tells his personal assistant that his mother was mistaken. The assistant agrees that the disabled man lives independently and should direct how he wants to live.
and that your employees know you are the boss!
