The Trouble Maker

A disabled woman complains to a friend that her assistants always show up late and that she is afraid to complain to the agency which provides them. Her friend advises her to document all of the problems she has with her assistants.
You should not be afraid of demanding good service.
The disabled woman agrees, but is afraid that if she complains too much, she will be put in a nursing home. The friend says that she will back up the disabled woman's statements and that she need not be afraid.
