Personal Assistance Quiz Evaluation

0-6 Points
You are an experienced PAS consumer, confident and competent in your skills. You might consider offering your expertise as a peer for other less experienced consumers who could benefit from your knowledge. See below.

6-10 Points
You are doing well as a PAS consumer and will gain more confidence with experience. Make sure you get support if there are difficulties.

Over 10 Points
It sounds like you may have difficulty being in charge of your provider services, in requesting and getting what you need. You would benefit from some training and support. Talk to a PAS counselor or other PAS consumers to boost your confidence, so your provider services will go more smoothly. Contact your Independent Living Center or PAS agency and ask to talk to a PAS counselor. See the web sites below.
