The Employment Disability Benefits Initiative (EDBI), formerly the California Work Incentives Initiative (CWII), develops community based public policy recommendations and assists California to increase the number of people with disabilities who have the resources and capacity to manage their health coverage and financial situation when planning, obtaining or maintaining employment. The Initiative receives funding from state, federal and charitable foundation sources.
