Josephine is WID’s Operations Manager and works closely with the Senior Director of Operations and Deputy Director, and cooperatively with all levels of staff within the organization, to ensure that operational systems, processes/procedures, and policies in support of the organization’s current Strategic Plan and mission are smoothly and effectively implemented.
Josephine is committed to increasing communication, information, and education access for persons with disabilities. As a hard-of-hearing person, she is dedicated to raising awareness about hearing loss and has been a guest speaker at graduate-level classes to share her experience of living with a progressive hearing loss. She has also been actively involved with several hearing loss support groups.
Detail-oriented and knowledgeable, supporting operations with the creation and implementation of processes, procedures, and policies that support WID's mission and goals.
Josephine received her B.A. and M.A., both in English, from Sonoma State University in California.
